The11 minute warm up!

 

 

  1.  

Take deep breaths and let rotation loosen these joints..

  1. Neck
  2. Wrists
  3. Shoulders
  4. Hip
  5. Knees (use hand support)
  6. Ankles

 

And then go on to stretch in 5 directions :)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1.  

Hands pulling towards the ceiling with legs together

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1.  

Hands and neck stretched towards ceiling with legs 2 feet apart

 

 

 

  1.  

Waist bend to left

 

 

 

 

  1.  

Waist bend to right

 

 

 

 

  1.  

Backward bend with hands at waist or thighs. Breathe extra deep !

 

 

 

  1.  

Forward bend - waist onwards to table top position
